The A-League Women is the leading women's football competition in Australia, run by the same operator as the A-League Men and played through the Australian summer. Its clubs are aligned with the men's sides, so many of the same cities and colours are on show.
How the A-League Women season works
The competition is played home and away, followed by a finals series that decides the champion in a Grand Final. The league has grown alongside the success of the Matildas, Australia's women's national team, and is a key part of the pathway for Australian players.
Where to follow it on Scorely
On the Australia edition, A-League Women fixtures, results and the ladder are shown in Australian time (AEST/AEDT). Open any match to see the teams and follow the score live. The A-League Women sits next to the A-League Men at the top of the Australia edition, so Australian club football leads the page rather than overseas leagues.
