Andrés Villagómez Chiang is CEO and co-founder of Basher Agency, the marketing agency for the gaming and betting industry founded in Lima in 2020. Under his leadership, Basher grew from its roots in Peru into Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia and Mexico, and extended its reach to Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America. SiGMA named Basher among the top 50 affiliates worldwide, and the agency won Agency of the Year at the 2025 AffPapa iGaming Awards.
