About José Vargas
José Vargas is co-founder and commercial director of Basher Agency, the marketing agency for the gaming and betting industry founded in Lima. He is Peruvian, a civil engineer by training, and worked as an engineering project manager before taking a master's degree in the Netherlands; he has a decade of experience in international projects across Latin America and Europe.
